"Clean and compact. Washing machine and dryer on site. Lift to apartment. Close to train station. Good instructions with photos on how to get keys and enter the building. The owner checked beforehand if we required the sofa bed, then gave instructions on how to open. We were not expected to strip the beds and empty rubbish, which seems to be normal in France."

"Getting the keys sounded complicated as it was in a different location, but it was on a nearby building. Walls are thin, and we could hear conversations next door."

"The bed was comfortable and there was a kitchen. The location was okay, it was about 15 minutes walk from Annecy centre."
