Maison Picard

"Everything. The appartement was amazing and really clean. Also, Attika and Edouard are really welcoming and helpful. The views from every room of the apparemment are just incredibly and beautiful"

"Super cozy and cute studio! Even though it’s small, it’s really comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is great—close to the city center, the port, and public transport. Even though it’s near a busy street, the noise isn’t a problem at all. The place has pretty much everything you need for a nice stay. Plus, the host is really kind and replies quickly to messages."

"Beautiful apartment, in good location, 25 minutes walk into centre of Cannes and 5 minutes to the nearest beach. This is the sond time we have stayed in one of Serrendy's apartments and will be returning next year."

"We had such a great stay enjoying the comfy and very well decorated room, pool area and front porch. The attentive owner is as friendly and serviceminded as a five star hotel, offering excellent breakfast and a gret deal of recommendations about sites, restaurants, things to do and so on. I would love to come again! The two guest rooms offered are on the upper floor reached by a staircase, there is also a common room there with mini fridge, glasses and plates, besides many information panflets from tourism agencies. All around the house there are seating areas, making the place extra inviting for relaxation. The views from the property and the village are great."

"An enchanting, cozy apartment designed for a perfectly comfortable stay. Guillaume has thought of every detail, and the sauna was an unexpected bonus."

"Konum, evin konforu ve manzarası harika. Evde ihtiyaç olabilecek her türlü olanak mevcut. Önünden otobüs durağı geçiyor ve merkeze otobüs ya da Uber ile rahat ulaşılabiliyor. Yürüyerek merkeze gitmek ise sıcakta yorucu ve uzun. Harika plajlara ise 10 dk lık yürüme mesafesinde."

"It was a comfortable stay at a great location with plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants. Short walk away from some sites and close to metro stations for further travel. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and the team at Merveil were friendly and responsive."

"Beautiful view from the window, great location, good kitchen with everything. We liked it!"

"The apartment was exactly as described and well-equipped with all the basic necessities. Benjamin was a very attentive host and provided great recommendations for sightseeing and access to the surrounding area."
