"- der Stil, die Sauberkeit, die French Press, die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, die freundliche Gastgeberin"

"- es gab kein separates Waschbecken zum Zähneputzen, nur die Dusche oder das Spülbecken - es gab leider keine Sessel oder bequemen Stühle zum Ausruhen oder mal was lesen, das war für uns ein Problem mit dem Rücken, wenn man den ganzen Tag auf dem Steinfußboden der Stadt herumläuft"

"Very convenient situation to explore the beautiful old town and port, for restaurants and the market. Owners supplied all our needs and were very kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and generally the apartment was very well equipped."

"The apprtment is good for couples. They have almost 150sq.meter terrace connected to the apprtment. You can literally put your bikes there. The area is just a 5minutes walk to Caen main train and bus station. The property also have their own parking space. Careefour and other groceries are just within the vicinity. Cooking materials are also provided. The lock for the door is automatic, it requires a code or the specific key. We felt secure in this place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this appartment."

"The location was great ,about 20 min walk to the beach and local shop and only 5 minutes from 3-4 restaurants.The host was warm and welcoming.The property was spacious and had everything we needed.The host very kindly drove us to the airport for our flight home as we had no car - such a lovely gesture!"

"Excellent communication with owner who was friendly and cooperative. Situation was very good with a main pedestrianised boulevard just around the corner with cafes and a patisserie and small supermarkets. Private parking space was nearby. The apartment was clean and pleasantly old fashioned."
