"Пътуваме често и мога твърдо да кажа че това е най-добрият апартамент в който сме отсядали в цяла Европа.Огромен,нов,чист,с много добро местоположение.Има две спални,хол,кухня,отделни баня и тоалетна,две тераси.Модерно обзаведен и с прекрасна гледка навън.Цената беше много добра.Абсолютно го препоръчвам на всички!"

"-Accueil par une personne qui ne parle pas FRANÇAIS. -Il n’y avait pas de plat pour mettre au four. -lave-vaisselle, hors fonction, averti le jour de notre arrivée. - torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle trouvé 4 jour après notre arrivé. -Pas d’inventaire numéraire en arrivant et en partant. -Pas de balais. -Il est inscrit sur l’annonce que le parking est à 8€ par nuit (parking privé). À notre arrivée, on nous a proposé le parking à 10€ la nuit. Le portail d’accès reste ouvert jour et nuit."

"Charming apartment in the center of Nice, near the railway station. Nice balcony with a beautiful view of old Nice. It was a pleasure to drink coffee on this balcony in the morning. Fast internet, comfortable beds, the owner is always in touch and ready to solve any problems that arise. My recommendations."
"Het appartement was bijzonder ruim. Het was karakter- en smaakvol ingericht met toch ook oog voor het verleden, dit zie je terug ik kleine details. We hebben heerlijk geslapen in onze slaapkamers met airco (die trouwens ook terug te vinden is in de leefruimte) Wij komen volgende zomer graag terug tijdens onze doorreis!"

"Maison superbe avec tout équipement vraiment très très agréable"
"Une magnifique chambre - immense avec une décoration soignée et très chouette (pas du “maisons du monde” ;-) Une salle de bain aussi très grande et agréable . Un petit déjeuner simple mais en rapport avec le prix. Et des hôtes supers sympathiques avec qui on a eu un bel echange. Le lieu est isolé mais tt a fait accessible (15 min le 1er restau). Certes les abords sont un peu bohèmes..mais c est tout le charme !"
