"The first impression you get makes your trip and Margaret was a lovely, friendly sight after a long drive! The room left you wanting for nothing! Everything is thought of! The mini fridge was great for our evening snacks and bottles of water! The room was so clean and decorated lovely! And after a long day of walking and exploring we enjoyed cosying up and having our home comforts of Netflix and all the apps on the TV to watch a film and relax! We enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep in the very comfortable bed, topped off by a hot shower in the morning! The view from our room was an unexpected sea view! Absolutely wonderful! This is a little gem of a place and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!"

"Our room was large, very clean and extremely comfortable. Location was very central and we could walk into the main town. We would always opt to stay here. Our host, Margaret is amazing, she is very friendly and pays do much attention to her customers. If you are thinking about booking, do ot you will love it."

"The room was exceptional and had everything we needed. The owner is a delight and went above and beyond, making sure we had a corkscrew, wine glasses, and fresh milk. The owner also recommended a local Greek restaurant, the Columbia Toniponis Taverna, and it was amazing (both quality of the food and service). Many thanks, we will be back.."

"I stayed at Annabelle Rooms in Great Yarmouth for one very windy night in October while completing the North Norfolk Coastal cycling route. The owner, Margaret, was warm, chatty, and welcoming when I arrived. She made me feel right at home and even fetched me some fresh milk for my tea! The double bedroom was beautifully decorated, large and spacious, with a modern Smart TV and a lovely, clean ensuite bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was a great selection of teas and coffees. Everything was tastefully done and spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again!"
