Pensionat i Saint Lucia

"Läget var precis vid telecabinen, det går en trappa vid utgången till hotellets skåp för skidor så man kan ta på sig pjäxorna direkt om man ska åka slalom. I samma byggnad finns en restaurang som passar perfekt för afterski i solen och med jättegod mat. Rent och fräscht på rummet och det är bäddat när man kommer."

La cama es un poco incomoda y la habitación bastante calurosa para el verano pero hay un ventilador.

Nothing to dislike

"Rooms are spread over several terraces with lots of flowers. We were on the top and had a great view. Being at elevation, it's nice and cool at night. No fans needed. Great new showers with good hot water. They have a pump system through which there is still water when the power is out. A generator is turned on if there is a power cut in the morning or evening. The restaurant is very good. During lunch it is particularly well visited. For breakfast and dinner it's primarily hotel guests. Great breakfast with lots of fruits and good bread. Dinner was a daily changing dish by a daily rotating local chef. Large parking lot. Nearby attractions are Monte Café and Cascata de São Nicolau."

We arrived right on the day of a big storm which primarily hit the highlands. For the next few days CST, the telephone company, was everywhere fixing lines. There was no wifi for the whole two days we were at the hotel. It is possible that this was a consequence of the storm. We made it work with mobile data. The hotel sells credits if you have a CST Sim card.

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. The only bad experience was that there was no WiFi connection. I was unable to communicate with friends and family back home which made them worried and scared.

"Very close to the water. Wonderful view of the Colpoy's Bay. The Milky Way can be seen with the naked eye. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great for a relaxing trip."

"The place was very comfortable and warm. We were greeted by a friendly older couple. The view from the apartment was pretty, featuring trees, mountains, and snow."

The place was clean, but it felt like there was room for improvement. Additionally, cars with low ground clearance would need to be parked approximately 100 meters away.

"Very friendly, professional and personal service. Room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Garden and surroundings are kept neat and clean daily. Ideally located to visit tourist attractions within reasonable radius. Piggs Peak town 1km away and provides all necessary shops, fuel stations and off course a KFC."

I think the aesthetics could be improved. A bit of love into gardening and the outdoor settings for the guests.

"Det var alldeles nybyggt, med hög standard och väldigt rent. 3 minuters promenad till en otrolig paradisstrand samt hotell med liten restaurang. Väldigt trevlig värd som gav både bra restips samt intressanta och berikande reflektioner kring situationen i El Salvador. Skönt att kunna svalka av sig i boendets pool."

Man måste vara medveten om att Shalpa ligger lite isolerat och därför se till att köpa med mat. Inga nackdelar med själva boendet.
