"Stayed here whilst on a cycle tour in the region, on advice of a friend who lives in Bangkok and had stayed here previously. I was not disappointed. Absolutely charming traditional property on the river and run by a couple that clearly take pride in providing hospitality. I loved it here. Having stayed in everything from backpacker places to 5* hotels, this stay will be remembered fondly for a long time. An excellent evening meal was also provided at a fair price (I gave advance warning I'd need to eat when I booked). Highly recommended."

"Absolutely lovely host, allowed me to check in a bit earlier. Fair way from the city centre but easily connected with trams and buses which wasnt a problem. There was a shopping centre not too far away. Was very comfortable and clean and was able to sleep very well. Not too hot, not too cold. Also has a kitchen."

Honestly nothing to complain about. Entrance is in the alley way and up a spiral staircase.

Tout était vraiment parfait. Si nous devons repartir en Guyane nous savons où aller.

"Mama MIREKA highly recommend. She is such a beautiful host. House is immaculate yards are very tidy. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. The kitchen was not equipped very well. It is sufficient only for short stays. So if you stay for two or three nights it is OK - otherwise you will not be able to prepare decent meals there.

"Room was clean and had all required amenities. The shared kitchen has stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer which was in good condition. Host is responsive through text."

Room is small for 4 persons despite the 2 queen beds, might be more suitable for 2 persons. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours move out and the vehicles that pass by the side road.

"Eenvoudig, maar praktisch ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken! Prima bed (niet zo breed) Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Super vriendelijke host!"

Als ik persé iets zou moeten noemen, is het het ontbreken van een kraan en wasbak in het keukenblok. Creatief met afwassen, door vullen van de aanwezige teil met de waterkoker, die je in de badkamer met een kommetje moet vullen, omdat hij niet onder de kraan past 😁 Maar goed, ik vond het zelf gewoon prima zo.

The kettle was not in the room, and the mattress was a bit too hard for one of us.

"Beautiful villa on countryside. Jerry is excellent host he is very generous and try to help with all guest needs. Not to forget co-host Sam he can bring you from the airport and take you anywhere around the island. Excellent service. House is well equipped and has it all. Room was specious and modern. Separate room where you can wash your clothes. About 25 mins walk to Dickenson bay/beach and 10 mins walk to closest supermarket. Highly recommended to stay especially for solo travelers"
