The Guesthouse Is set in the middle of the beautiful and lush nature and close to everything and also with a bus stop just across from the property..

"Stayed here whilst on a cycle tour in the region, on advice of a friend who lives in Bangkok and had stayed here previously. I was not disappointed. Absolutely charming traditional property on the river and run by a couple that clearly take pride in providing hospitality. I loved it here. Having stayed in everything from backpacker places to 5* hotels, this stay will be remembered fondly for a long time. An excellent evening meal was also provided at a fair price (I gave advance warning I'd need to eat when I booked). Highly recommended."

Room is small for 4 persons despite the 2 queen beds, might be more suitable for 2 persons. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours move out and the vehicles that pass by the side road.

"Stora fina rum. Bra sängar. Bra frukost. Bra mat. Både frukost och menyn lite annorlunda med visa mindre inslag av der kinesiska köket. Det här tillfället var ägarfamiljen bortrest men jag har tidigare mött de rrevliga ägarna vid flera tillfällen. De gör allt för att göra gästen nöjd. Hjälpsamheten och vänligheten är enastående. Munthalis med personal gör vistelsen på Main Stream Beach Villa till ett minne för livet. Recommender varmt."

"She is one of the sweetest persons I ever met in Bhutan. The room was neat and clean and it was a very nice homestay. She took care of me and my friends so well. If you qre in Punakha, I would recommend to take her homestay rather than going to any hotel"
