"I liked the stuff and the services and the location"

I didn't like that there was a problem with water it wasn't working as it should be

"Jättecharmigt hotell med mycket trevlig personal som ordnade middag och frukost åt oss med lokala råvaror. Vacker utsikt från uteplatsen. Sypermysigt hotell i traditionell cypriotisk stil. Det var väldigt varmt när vi besökte hotellet och därför var rummen kanske lite väl varma på natten (finns fläkt men ingen AC)."

Small pillows. I totally need bigger one.

"Free breakfast for chinese new year. Very thoughtful and helpful staff, especially Bella for the breakfast was very welcoming! Nice facilities!"

"Mycket prisvärt. Centralt läge i Zlotoryja. Bra parkering. Mycket fint hotell, både rummen och övriga utrymmen. Det är inget lyxhotell med spa, morgonrockar, tofflor och 17 olika små flaskor och tuber i badrummet, men ett extremt bra Scandic- klasshotell. God frukost. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal."

Jag fick inte igång wi-fi, men det var nog min okunskap och jag är säker på att jag hade fått hjälp om jag frågat. Mina barn hade inga problem med wi-fi. (Vi bodde i tre enkelrum)

Nothing at all it was just the mud on the entrance which was beyond their controll( natural cause)

"We know Zahara very well and this is the second time that we have stayed at the Playa de la Plata. We loved our apartment, which was bright , modern and well furnished . The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the whole complex is kept spotlessly clean. A very enjoyable stay - thank you!"

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well

"Something was left at the hotel . Rang after three hours . They had found it and kept it safely . Full marks !!!"

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

staff refused to arrange the car with a driver to the border with Angola, even if I'm agree for the proposed price. Why ?

"I loved it at the Holiday Inn. Very warm and welcoming staff. The facilities were clean comfortable."

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.

"Bra frukost med mycket frukt från hotellets egna trädgård. Fantastisk utsikt över Victoria och havet, svalkande vindar på terrassen. Otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig personal, lagade middag vissa kvällar till en kostnad av 25 EUR per person. Alternativt hjälper de till med take away mat."

Fantastiskt läge högt uppe i Bel Air. Nackdelen är att det inte är gångavstånd till centrum och restauranger om man inte räknar den branta vägen som man kan gå. Det är ca 1,5 km men det är riktigt jobbigt. Finns busshållplats en bit ifrån boendet, men bussarna verkar inte gå så ofta där.

This one doesn't offer the best view, but the terrace even more - an absolutely stunning view. The breakfast is good as well as the dinner. You can walk upon a little rock and enjoy sunrise or sundown with a cool drink and a breathtaking view. The lodge is a nice option for the beginning or the end of a Namibia trip because it's located not far away from the airport and only little more than one hour drive from the city of Windhoek."

Outside walls completely built in glass are not best thermal insulator that's why during winter is a bit chill during the night
