"The location was great. The pool was a great surprise. A good size and very clean. The puddings in the restaurant, excellent."

Nothing at all it was just the mud on the entrance which was beyond their controll( natural cause)

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"We know Zahara very well and this is the second time that we have stayed at the Playa de la Plata. We loved our apartment, which was bright , modern and well furnished . The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the whole complex is kept spotlessly clean. A very enjoyable stay - thank you!"

"I's a nice, relaxing place in a beautiful natural setting. A bit above Nioumachoua and with a very nice view over the hills and coast from the room balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they can inform you about possible activities as well. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, there was an (intact) mosquito net and air con. The breakfast was included and you can order dinner as well, which was delicious."

The door handles tend to fall out and should be repaired. Some ants in the room. Some waiting time for breakfast.

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

No wifi in the rooms. Which is actually not that bad. Helps disconnecting a bit.

"Mycket prisvärt. Centralt läge i Zlotoryja. Bra parkering. Mycket fint hotell, både rummen och övriga utrymmen. Det är inget lyxhotell med spa, morgonrockar, tofflor och 17 olika små flaskor och tuber i badrummet, men ett extremt bra Scandic- klasshotell. God frukost. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal."

Jag fick inte igång wi-fi, men det var nog min okunskap och jag är säker på att jag hade fått hjälp om jag frågat. Mina barn hade inga problem med wi-fi. (Vi bodde i tre enkelrum)
