Riva Rooms ligger bara 50 meter från havet, intill den populära strandpromenaden Riva. Här bor du bara ett stenkast från alla kända sevärdheter, bland annat det UNESCO-skyddade Diocletianus palats. Rummen har gratis WiFi, och det finns ett gemensamt kök och sällskapsrum med TV. Alla enheter har heltäckningsmatta, en garderob samt bord och stolar. Vissa sviter har en balkong, och varje mysiga krypin har ett eget badrum med hårtork. Närmaste kök och taverna ligger precis framför Rooms Riva. En matbutik hittar du bara 5 meter från boendet, och en matmarknad ligger 200 meter bort. Stadens historiska centrum kan nås med en kort promenad, och där hittar du olika gallerier, butiker, kaféer, barer och restauranger. Under sommarmånaderna ordnas gärna olika kulturevenemang. Peristiltorget och entrén till Diocletianus palats ligger 100 meter bort. Skogsparken Marjan ligger 300 meter från hotellet. Split erbjuder många cykel- och vandringsleder och från utsiktsplatsen har du vacker visuell flykt över staden. Den centrala buss- och järnvägsstationen och färjehamnen ligger 400 meter bort. Båtar till de närbelägna öarna Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Vis och Korčula avgår dagligen från Splits hamn.

"Quiet but central location, size of room is superb, cleanliness, friendly and accommodating owner. Excellent value. Very, very close( within 20 metres) to lots of amenities including cafes, supermarket and laundrette. Clean kitchen. Comfortable bed and slap bang opposite Michelin restaurant, which is excellent and amazingly good value. Be sure to book restaurant."

The location was perfect for accessing the old town and there were multiple restaurants right outside the door. The shared kitchen facilities were good and had an access to an outdoor terrace."

"En mycket fin anläggning med mycket bra mobile home, väl utrustade, i fina gröna omgivningar, vid havet, med massa olika möjligheter till aktiviteter som strand, swimmingpool, tennis, ridning, lekplatser samt campingplats och ställen för husbilar. På området finns restauranger, affärer m.m.."

"It was clean, close to the centre (about 10 min walk), and everything you might need during your stay. • Showers: clean, quite modern and comfortable. You can lock the shower door and shower safely. • Beds: one pillow, one blanket, comfortable and big enough. Didn't make sounds and overall it was a good night sleep. Of course as you see from the photos there are no curtains so maybe that could be a privacy issue for some, but we were fine • It's warm and quite. We travelled in January and it was good • U have cabinets to lock your stuff in, not a huge space but it was enough for us (two backpackers) • Sinks and mirrors in the bathroom : a lot of it, all clean, water is drinkable from the tap"
