"Very fast answer the massages and help me to everything for example send the airport transfer. Room is big and comfy bed. Breakfast is really good and have many options and upstairs and the view from hereto city is nice. Very close to everything, the citadel justc16/17 minutes walk."

"I found this place through Booking and it looked good, and honestly, it really was. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. I received many useful tips about what to do in the area. It’s a pity that my stay was so short, but I would definitely love to come back. I had a very large and clean room, and everything was close by. I also used the airport shuttle, which was on time to pick me up. Their communication was excellent. I got answers within minutes. The breakfast was delicious and came with a beautiful view (lucky me because I could see the mountains with the snow . I only regret that I didn’t ask them earlier to help arrange a trip out of Erbil, because it has turned out they could organize that as well (so if you want to go outside Erbil, just ask them en they're gonna help you) If you have any questions, just ask them. They are happy to help you arrange everything."

"Excellent hotel experience! The rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom is new and spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely polite, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect — close to everything you need, including shops, restaurants, and main attractions. One of the best highlights is the restaurant on the top floor, offering a wonderful view facing a historic castle. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is very enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again."
