"The location was great, near main station and center. The apartment was clean, with comfortable bed and during the night was silent. Elevator is great advance!"
"Shower enclosure was small which was not problem for me, but for my mother since she needed little more space. Breakfast is very basic (salty and sweet option) without any vegetables. If you arrive later it might be possibility not to have some ingredients."

"Alex was a great host and very hospitable, always kind and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious, especially the cappuccino. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well during our stay. The B&B has a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini Station and close to many historic landmarks, with easy access to the city’s main attractions.We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome."

"Alex is a considerate and generous host who is attentive to his guests needs. We stayed in the green room which has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on holiday. The location is superb with just a 5 minute walk to Rome Termini station, which has an easy direct route to the airport and train, metro and bus connections."
"You do get some noise from customers of the hotels in the street, but this had no impact on my sleep pattern."

"The location was very good (very close to the train station and close to the historical center too) but was quiet at night. The room was comfortable, it had a small desk, a chair and a wardrobe which we really appreciated. It looked like it had recently been repainted and everything was super nice. The room was cleaned daily and it was value for money. The host was amazing, super kind, very helpful, friendly and always willing to help!"

"Boendet var alltid välstädat. Bra AC. God frukost. All personal så otroligt vänliga. Alessandro (tror det är ägaren) slog på sportkanalen så vi kunde kolla på EM i storskärmen, fast det var stängingstid i restaurangen. Han var behjälplig med rekommendationer för stränder och ringde taxi åt oss. Det är nog en bonus om man kan prata lite italienska 🙂 Fantastiska solnedgångar, härlig värme och mestadels bara italienare ❤️"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
