"Vi blev oerhört väl mottagna av Martha och även av Manuela. Då det var problem med vårt rum så blev vi uppgraderade till ett extremt fint annat boende första natten. Bästa personliga servicen jag varit med om.. Väldigt bra läge, nära termini och ett antal sevärdheter.. Bra restauranger i närmsta kvarteret. Måste sägas igen! Väldigt bra och personlig service via what's app om allt vi undrade över under vistelsen..."

"Entrén, en lång trappa innan liten hiss 1,5 vån upp. Bara sötsaker till Frukost. ( personligt tycke, men man kan ju köpa eget då det fanns kylutrymme) Jättefina och goda bakverk om det hade varit till "fika"."

"Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Roma! Very comfortable room with ensuite and plenty of space. Walk from Roma Termini train and bus station, walk to all the main attractions or grab a bus. Excellent food options around, and supermarket close by. We had fridge space, a lovely light breakfast provided plus we could use the shared kitchen if we wanted to make our own food. Only five rooms so it was never crowded and felt very homely. Also, Marta is the best! We truly felt welcome. You really can't go wrong."

"The location and the comfort. The guest house is spotless being newly renovated. It is central to Roma Termini (bus 71 or 75 if you have lots of luggage, walk 9 mins) and Colosseo. Use Google Maps and buses to go everywhere, bus stops are outside. Matha and all staff are very helpful and nice. I stayed for 3 weeks. Rooms are made up daily with everything fresh."

"Marta was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay in Rome enjoyable. She provided a detailed map, pointed out the best local restaurants and attractions, and even upgraded our room when one became available. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. My wife, who has very high standards, couldn’t find a single fault. Breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated having our own space in the fridge within the shared kitchen, which was always kept immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return to Casa Cleo in the future."

"The owner is very friendly and kind. Every day the room was cleaned. The coffee and the tea was free , the kitchen was open for cooking, and the owner left us every day like a compliment some croissants. I’m very satisfied from the service. Highly recommend this place."

"The place was great for our needs, we were given a bigger room than the one we booked and breakfast,which was really great, the fresh pastry in the morning was really nice. The host was also really nice, she welcomed us and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to see or where to eat and we actually checked one of the restaurants she recommended and went there twice,as it was a great one."

"Everything was good in general, just it could get a bit loud, especially if you are next to the kitchen and more people are there, the noise isolation between rooms is not that great."
