"Was clean and tidy even if it was a little dated. Staff were great and very welcoming. Breakfast was basic but a nice little touch Quiet relaxing location"
"We were gutted that the pool was out of service as it was being repaired. There was no information about this before hand and after riding through 40 degree heat for 8 hours of the day that was all we were looking forward to. Also there was no air con in the room, just a wall mounted fan that was as much use as a chocolate fireguard. The room was sooo hot all night we didnt really sleep but this was also not helped by how uncomfortable the mattress was too. The nearest restaurant was a 20 min walk or so too so please bear that in mind"

"Loved this place, Bruno is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble for him. The property is some 200 years old so do not expect modern. Our room was large, with a large comfortable bed with quality linen. The bathroom was large and the shower worked great. The property offers great views across the valley and is so peaceful. Would definitely use this property again."

"Beautiful and quiet place, lovely owner. This was a last minute booking and a lovely surprise. I made a mistake on my booking (booked a triple instead of a 4 bed), and the owner very kindly gave 2 double rooms instead for the same price. I will definitely come back if I visit the area again."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."
"Boendet var alltid välstädat. Bra AC. God frukost. All personal så otroligt vänliga. Alessandro (tror det är ägaren) slog på sportkanalen så vi kunde kolla på EM i storskärmen, fast det var stängingstid i restaurangen. Han var behjälplig med rekommendationer för stränder och ringde taxi åt oss. Det är nog en bonus om man kan prata lite italienska 🙂 Fantastiska solnedgångar, härlig värme och mestadels bara italienare ❤️"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"

Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
