"We only stayed here for 1 night. The apartment is close to the train station and only a 10-minute walk from the cathedral. There are 6 rooms on the floor. A fridge and a microwave are in the shared corridor. Very easy check-in and check-out. I will recommend this place to someone who comes to visit Florence in a few days."

"Process of check-in was very smoth. Localization is great just a few steps from railway station. Although it is centre of the city, the room was very quiet"

"I believe we saw a man using drugs just outside the location’s fence on multiple occassions. That was a bit creepy, even though he didn’t harass us in any way. And I found Florence way, way too busy in June. The churches and the Ufizi museum are nice but I couldn’t enjoy it as much because literally every streetcorner was overcrowded. Unlike other Italian cities we visited before and after."
"The B&B was located near to Train, tram and bus station close to all tourist attractions. Fareed was very welcoming, kind and gave useful advice during our stay."

"I saw some bad comment before i bought this place and i had some concerns but after i accomodated here i couldnt understand the bad comments. I stayed in room number 4. It is spacious and clean also we have a good balcony. Cleaning is good enough, i think its worth to its money. There is noise on the street in the early morning because of the garbage trucks but the noise is not that mych load to wake me up."
"I didnt like breakfast system. It was serving on your room between 08:00 to 09:30 am. First day we leaved the room at 09:00am and we didnt received any service in the room. Everybody has their own traveling plan, we can not wait for it until 09:30am. It supposed to be served in common area and everybody should eat according to their own timeline."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. "Boendet var alltid välstädat. Bra AC. God frukost. All personal så otroligt vänliga. Alessandro (tror det är ägaren) slog på sportkanalen så vi kunde kolla på EM i storskärmen, fast det var stängingstid i restaurangen. Han var behjälplig med rekommendationer för stränder och ringde taxi åt oss. Det är nog en bonus om man kan prata lite italienska 🙂 Fantastiska solnedgångar, härlig värme och mestadels bara italienare ❤️"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
