"Kassian has greatly exceeded our expectations. The modern structure made mostly of wood welcomed us pleasantly. The wellness zone is very well made, with a relax area, 2 saunas and 2 outdoor heated swimming pools. The room was wide with floor heating everywhere. Recommended particularly for couples"

"Tutto meraviglioso. L'accoglienza, la pulizia della camera, il letto di una comodità unica ed infine l'area wellness con varie saune, area relax, possibilità di prenotare trattamenti corpo. All'ultimo piano una piscina infinity riscaldata che ti permette di godere di una vista pazzesca, circondata dalle montagne innevate. Ottima la colazione a buffet dolce/salata. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Rapporto Prezzo/qualità ottimo."

"La struttura si presenta nuova, finemente arredata fin nei più piccoli dettagli, calda ed accogliente. Il personale è disponibile e gentile e non manca assolutamente nulla. C’è perfino una grande zona soggiorno dove leggere un libro fare un gioco di società o stampare le proprie foto ricordo! C’è la sauna e la piscina riscaldata, un bar interno sempre aperto ed una sala videogiochi con Xbox e nintendo! Cosa manca? Solo più tempo per poterla visitarla più spesso!!"

"Alles war perfekt. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Tolle Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Sehr schöner, etwas kleiner Wellnessbereich. Toller, beheizter Infinitypool. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Junior Chefs fahren den Shuttle nach Meran und zur Brauerei Forst während der Adventszeit persönlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."
"Boendet var alltid välstädat. Bra AC. God frukost. All personal så otroligt vänliga. Alessandro (tror det är ägaren) slog på sportkanalen så vi kunde kolla på EM i storskärmen, fast det var stängingstid i restaurangen. Han var behjälplig med rekommendationer för stränder och ringde taxi åt oss. Det är nog en bonus om man kan prata lite italienska 🙂 Fantastiska solnedgångar, härlig värme och mestadels bara italienare ❤️"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
