"En lugn oas med väldigt trevlig personal - nattvakten, pool/trädgårdskillen, städerskor, kocken & Ann. Maten & frukostarna är fantastiska! Det är ett litet och familjärt ställe där man verkligen trivs! Poolen vid hotellet är välskött och trädgården väldigt mysig, jag badar sällan i pool men här var det superskönt. Stranden är ca 10-12 min promenad bort så det är inte långt, stranden är jättefin - vår favorit blev Kongo stranden. Ann är väldigt duktig på information så man får all info man kan tänkas behöva - inkl tips på bra restauranger. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende!"

"Underbart vistelse och en dröm på Diani beach. Ann är den vänligaste värden du någonsin kan tänka dig. Hon hjälpte till med precis allt. Bokning av restauranger, tips och utflykter. Hon gav oss t.o.m julklappar på julafton. Stället är perfekt städat och alla anställda är otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi åt middag en gång på hotellet och det smakade utmärkt. Olika frukostar varje dag med färskpressad juice och trevliga fruktfat. Kan rekommendera Zarafa house av hela mitt hjärta och längtar tills vi kan komma tillbaka."

"We had a wonderful stay, the highlight here is the exceptional staff lead by Anne, who is a kind and attentive host that really tried to make us feel at home and help with any request. The room was spacious and the shower was good and hot. We loved the mosquito nets as we were being very cautious with malaria with my wife being pregnant. The breakfast is another highlight here. It changes everyday. You get a plate of fresh fruits and then whatever the chef is cooking that morning, plus coffee and a juice. It’s a big generous meal and sometimes we struggled to finish everything because it was so much food. There’s also a security guard 24/7 for peace of mind. You can book a massage, which I did. Anne helps with airport transfers and everything else you need. You’ll be looked after. I really recommend this place to all travellers."

"The one thing we didn’t like was that you had to pay extra to use the AC in the room. This felt weird and off. When we booked the room, AC was listed as one of the room’s facilities, and we were looking specifically for this because of mosquito control. My recommendation is to adjust the fees slightly of the room to incorporate the AC energy cost. This didn’t ruin our experience and our stay by any means but this could be improved."

"Staying in this property was amazing. Home away from home. The property was very nice, client and clean. The owners went out and beyond by arranging activities and taxis for us. Anne borrowed us the beach walking shoes for free. And ohh they accommodated us by closing off their loved dogs as we were uncomfortable around them. Thank you Anne for everything."

"Ann and her partner were absolutely kind and welcoming. We recommend Zarafa House to everyone, including who has kids. They serve a really good and fresh breakfast and it changes every day. My girlfriend needed a Gluten Free option and Ann well satisfied her requests. In addition, the room was spacious and very clean and the ambiance was calm and relaxing. I was up to thanks all the staff: they were absolutely friendly and helpful. They helped us also to plan our unforgettable excursions. It’s been a lovely stay!!!"
