"The location of this hotel is good it was middle of everything in almathy easily accessible to malls and restaurants and coffeeshop and convient store room is clean and everyday they have a house keeping to clean the rooms they even provide drinking water and the staff are well good and helpful.. ☺️"
"The only issues is the sounds from outside you can hear inside your rooms even they just pastby I think they can fix this issue by putting some rubber in the door under and or the side which can lesser the noise.."

"The staff was responsive and helpful. The room was very clean and got cleaned in between of our 2 nights stay. I am especially very satisfied with the cleaning. We initially booked for 1 night but the price service ratio was so convincing, we decided to stay a night longer. I really liked that they provide coffee and tea bags and good smelling shower gel. It gives the feeling of a higher star hotel even though from the outside it looks a bit old and not attractive."

"Overall clean, clean sheets, nice location, relatively comfortable bed, highly needed airconditioning, well-isolated without noise from neighbors (a common problem in Kazakhstan, not experienced in this hotel)."

"Very good location, value for money hotel. Comfortable stay. Staff could be more courteous and helpful. My cards were not working as they only had tap option, i paid for one night and the security deposit and requested reception staff to allow me to pay the second night the next day as i was short on cash. But the staff at reception did not agree as if i will run away the next day and insisted to pay in full for the entire stay. I had to call for help from one of my family friends. This was a sour moment in my experience, otherwise the experience overall was good."
