"I liked the location, the staff in general, cleanliness"
"The toilet was a bit small and tight, water has a rust smell, there is a need to clean the service water containers and maybe add some clore to it. The front rooms on the street needs more glass isolation for the outside noise."
"Everything, staff are amazing & friendly (Rabee3, Jana, Dana & the 2 Mohamed's)..You feel it's your second home, they upgraded my room to a suite and the breakfast staff whether the lovely lady who makes manakish or Francis are so caring and helpful, location is superb & 15 min walking from Beirut Souks.. I will always go for NY suites"

"It was an amazing stay and the staff are very friendly .. Mr. Rabeea, Ms. Jana and Ms. Dana are all supportive and they upgraded my room to a big suite when I heard noise at night because of the night club :)) Also on breakfast, they make you whatever you want of special meals like manakeesh Zaatar or Jobon and also different types of eggs and potatos; I asked for mashed potato, the day after, it was on breakfast Houskeeping and reception are all helpful and clean."
