"Best location!!! The hotel is in the middle of a buzzing town and just next to the beach. However, you don't feel like being in the town. It's calm and quiet because of lots of trees inside the hotel."

"Unfortunately in Arugam Bay there are beach clubs/disco playing loud music till late night. And in both nights we were hearing the noise in the room. But of course this only partially is their fault"
"We could have 2 adjoining huts with shared veranda which was great. Location fantastic, close to the beach and the surf activities, close to restaurants and shops on Main Street. Room had very good beds and airco+fan and a small refrigerator. Manager very helpful organising lagoon safari and Kumana jeep safari."

"Location right at the beach and modern rooms and bathrooms. Table tennis and nice breakfast area. Excellent barista coffee, I think the best we had in all of Sri Lanka! Service was fast. Racks to dry towels and swim hear outside room and comfortable terrace in front of rooms. Great choice of restaurants all nearby and close to everything, especially the beginners surfer bay and surf schools."
"Inclusive breakfast restricted to fewer choices than overall (paid) breakfast menu, e.g., Musli included and while it cost the same as avocado toast on the paid menu, avocado toast could not be selected. Also no option to upgrade the coffee, we ended up with the included weak filter coffee and had to order additional barista coffee. Recommend to just book without breakfast until the owners revise this. Music from the surrounding discos/bars loud at night, we used ear plugs."
