"Location overlooking the sea, near to shops and restaurants. Large, comfortable room, good bed and modern bathroom."

"Check in was delayed, breakfast and dinner buffets were nothing special and there were one or two minor shortcomings with items in the room - table lamp missing a plug, TV remote not working properly."

"Great location on the coastline, east walk, tuk tuk or uber access to all the city sights. Restaurant offered a widen selection of food both a la carte and buffet. My room (408) was clean and comfortable, very generous in size, with a large balcony and ocean views. Double glazing on windows blocked out street and train noise."

"Bra läge på stranden. Hade balkong med havsutsikt. Riktigt bra frukost med allt man behövde (te/kaffe, yoghurt, frukt, rostat bröd stekt ägg/omelett, soothie). Bra middag på kvällen. Fanns även kylskåp, AC och värdeskåp."

"The owner is a very kind and welcoming person. I checked many hotels in Hikkaduwa, and I can honestly say that nowhere else was as clean as this place. The swimming pool is also very clean. However, I wouldn’t recommend booking a room on the first floor near the pool, especially for families with small children, as it can get quite noisy and crowded during the day. We also had some issues with WiFi, but as it was the end of our vacation we didn’t pay too much attention on that. Other than that, I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely plan to stay here again for a couple of days next time. My best wishes to owner from Kazakhstan."

"we chose the property due to its beautiful gardens, and it did not disappoint. it was a quiet haven away from the busy centre of Hikkaduwa but also close by enough! it was very tranquil. the staff were very friendly. We had breakfast included and went for the srilankan breakfast each day which was wonderful, the portions were huge! they helped us rent a scooter and were the best place we've stayed in in Sri Lanka, jungle vibes with clean rooms and Sir Lanka vibe but also modern enough!"
