"The Sy Pavilion is a lovely place to stay. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The views from the room and upper terrace are spectacular. The manager and all staff are considerate, helpful and friendly and clearly take pride in providing a great service to customers. Austin the Tuk-Tuk driver was brilliant, helpful offers a wonderful service taking customers on trips around Kandy. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is also very accommodating when taking hotel guests to and from restaurants and other places. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend the Sky Pavilion to all."

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. "Location peaceful n accommodating clean n spacious, views were spectacular and the hosts were remarkable. Austin the Tuk Tuk driver is amazing and really helped us get around with a brilliant city tour, the owners should be really proud as this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, breakfast looking out over the stunning views in the morning was magnificent. I highly recommend this hotel for the spectacular views and amazing hospitality. I would stay here without hesitation if I was to come back to Kandy. PS Austin is a legend & best Tuk Tuk driver in Kandy 🛺"

"Situation of the hotel and the views were spectacular. Very grateful that we were not staying in town due to the noise and pollution . Austin the Tuk Tuk driver was excellent and very accommodating to our needs as wanted to visit only certain places. His communication via WhattsApp was great. The hotel staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed the out of town position."

The room with the bathtub was truly impressive and beautifully decorated. The staff made a huge effort to make us happy — sometimes even a bit too much — but every small issue or request was solved immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place."

Austin is available with his TukTuk to run you into town or take you to all the best sights in town, which I highly recommend. All staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. Definitely recommend 😊"

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."
"Trevlig trädkoja mitt ute i naturen. Badrummet är helt magiskt med fantastik utsikt. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och fixade med allting. De hämtade oss på en restaurang 30 min från hotellet och körde oss genom skogen fram och tillbaka (eftersom man inte kan köra med vanlig bil där)."

"Platsen är fantastisk!Man kan känna sig helt ensam i världen. Vi fick helt klart det bästa tältet med utsikt över havet och sanddynerna. Riktig toalett uppskattades. Vi gick nere på stranden och sanddynerna. Rekommenderas! Personalen var också fantastisk. Maten var prisvärd och väldigt god! Den serverades också exakt på klocklaget som vi bestämt/beställt. Mycket uppskattat när man reser med 2 barn. Vi åt två middagar , en frukost och fick även med frukostpaket på vår safari."
