Unfortunately there were a few minor issues when we arrived, that eventually got sorted. Given the circumstances of the week prior & sending our condolences to the family, I'm not surprised things were a little off the mark. A broom in the unit be great to keep the floors free of bugs & dirt. We still loved our stay regardless.

Allmänna utrymmen är stora och luftiga och delar av dem vetter direkt mot en stor viltpark där djur, främst antiloper och vårtsvin kan komma nästan ända fram till gästerna. Stor och härlig pool där man gärna svalkar sig. Utmärkt frukost och middag, spatiösa rum och badrum. Hotellet arrangerar också Safaris i Etosha, vilket vi rekommenderar, det ger bästa chans att få se djuren."

Saknade ett kylskåp på rummet. När det blåser mycket kan taket knastra en del.

"It was like staying at someone’s home. V good, helpful staff and bed was v comfortable. The food was surprisingly decent for such a small place. Picturesque location even though snow was sparse at the time"

Only gripe might be that the air was quite dry, making sleep quality not so good: might be because of it being a wooden bldg

"I loved that it was nestled in its own private space. There are 4 lodges in the vicinity and all have their own balcony’s that you can enjoy individually. Our water pressure was great. Also the unit was nice and clean."

Nothing: We actually didn’t book the transfers cause we had another vehicle organised however that fell through. But mama let us go first to the lodge and she’d wait at the airport. Lucky she got a ride back home from the family at airport. She has an immense amount of responsibility and knowledge of the island. As a local to Rarotonga people like her are very rare to be around. I am so grateful to have had crossed paths with her. Na te Atua I tauturu iakoe e Mama Manarangi. Maroiroi koe I toou oraanga. Meitaki atupaka kiakoe no te akonoanga ia tatou.

"The place and outlook are very nice on the vulcano, from room and from jacuzzi :) The secret hike trail is very nice and should not be missed (Mariposa trail?). Jacuzzi is also very nice extra."

Breakfast could be a little more. You can choose from a menu. It was good, but an additional side or some bread would be nice. The street to the hotel could better maintained.

Staff were very helpful to transfer us to the hotel when we arrived, as the car park was a bit far from the hotel. They also treated us exceptionally well, and were always ready to accommodate us with our needs. Food and drinks were also really good. All in all 10/10 stay"

"We were generously upgraded to the Langakali house from the Heilala initially booked at no extra charge. This worked out perfect having the extra bathroom. The house was easily accessible on our arrival with overall good communication from the renters. Nina was beautiful and did countless loads of washing for us with no hesitation included in the accomodation price. Green Lodge is close proximity to town and our families village so was a prime location for us. Screens on doors and windows were a plus, coils and basic toiletries and essentials were provided and ample storage throughout. A quiet area that felt very safe. Style of the house is older, but comfortable enough, we felt at home being here."

Although screens were throughout, you will still need repellent and extra coils. The ensuite bathroom toilet wouldn’t always flush properly and the wifi wasn’t working. It would be a plus to have one more fan in the third bedroom of the Langakali house and

"Nalazi se na savrsenom mestu sa jako lepom plazom. Bungalovi su skromni ali ok. Postoji opcija klime ali mora ranije da se najavi! Hrana je izvrsna, imaju jako zanimljive izlete po ok cenama. Odlazak na kornjace ne treba propustiti!!! Osoblje je sjajno."

Det enda är att det saknades eluttag man fick välja om en ville ha kylen eller tex mobilladdning igång. Skulle behövas ett par grendosor i varje rum.
