It is 30 minutes on a very bumpy road from the gate to the national park and we were the only people to pass through each day. This end of the park is forest and scrub so very difficult to see game. There are not many roads in the park and almost no signage.

"I had an excellent stay at Top Lodge, certainly, an improvement from my previous stays here. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service throughout. The lodge itself was impeccably clean, and the pool area provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, the breakfast served at Top Lodge was simply delicious, and filling. "Perfect location, next to ski slope. Amazing place for skiers/ snowboarders, however you can reach it only directly from slope (but it makes stay even better) we could leave backpakcs at reception, and ski until checking. Stuff is very friendly and helpful."

The log cabin accommodation was warm, comfortable and beautifully unique in the attention to detail, artistically designed carved wood, stretched leather, fur chair and stone framed mirror. Husky ride was fun learning about their training from friendly staff. Highly recommended for a comfortable and unique experience."

Couldn’t improve this stay it was excellent. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

"This experience was amazing being in nature while having a luxurious living space is a rare combination moreover we got to enjoy this wonderfull experience without any bugs this is one off the many positive sides of this compound I really recommend it especially for large groups and kids as the environment is kids friendly with emotional support animals like golden retrievers"

"Beautiful views of Apia. We literally had the whole place to ourselves. It provided a calm quiet space that we didn't expect."

Unfortunately there were a few minor issues when we arrived, that eventually got sorted. Given the circumstances of the week prior & sending our condolences to the family, I'm not surprised things were a little off the mark. A broom in the unit be great to keep the floors free of bugs & dirt. We still loved our stay regardless.
