"Det var struligt med bokningen via Booking.com. Vi hade bokat 5 rum men det visade sig att det bara fanns 4 rum på hela riadhotellet. Konstigt att det var möjligt att boka 5 rum via Booking.coms hemsida när hotellet bara hade 4 rum. Det ledde till massor av strul för att "avboka" rummet som inte existerade. Personalen löste det hela med extrasängar för barnen men det blev trångt"

"The breakfast at the Riad was fantastic, with a lovely selection and freshly squeezed juice. The selection changed every day too, which was a nice touch. In terms of location, it’s very convenient and centrally located. The Riad itself is wonderfully presented and tastefully decorated. Once you enter the Riad, you immediately feel a sense of peace and calm, leaving the chaotic souk behind. The staff at the Riad made our stay extra special. They were helpful and very friendly—particularly Hamid, who always welcomed us with a big smile! I definitely recommend Riad Baba Ali."

ABDEL and colleague were unbelievable regarding their service . Always happy to help . And the service to anything was quick and efficient . "This Riad in the heart of the medina was absolutely stunning! It was beautifully decorated and a quiet oasis within the busy streets of Marrakesh. The staff was very helpful and friendly and met all our needs - we felt very welcome there."

"Hamid our receptionist was kind and helpful. He made us feel at home, really! We were served tea and sweets before our check in which i think was a great gesture from him. Then we were shown the room which was very cosy and comfortable. At night it's very quiet, you don't hear any noise. In the morning, we were served a very delicious Moroccan breakfast. Thank you so much Hamid for your attentiveness. I really recommend this Riad."

"The only difficulty for us was the way to the hotel. You can’t order the taxi directly to it, but the staff will help you with the luggage to reach the taxi (around 5min walk)"
