WC/dusch: Duschmunstycke dåligt, lång tid för att få fram varmvatten, inget hårschampo, inga krokar för upphängning av tex necessär och kläder, endast jordade eluttag - alla längs golvet. Saknade eluttag vid bordet och vid sängborden för överblickbar laddning av våra elektronik enheter. NOTA BENE -genomtänkta möjligheter för laddning av iphone och iPad höjer betyget på alla hotell

"Everything was great. The staff were welcoming and friendly and gave us suggestions. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a great size. The breakfast was amazing, included a variety of options and was served with Bosnian coffee."

Сауну використовувати тоді коли хоче клієнт і не просити включити,більше звертати увагу персоналу на відвідувачів,сидять дві працівниці і жодна не зорієнтувала куди йти і в кого можна щось запитати

"Overall the room was very nice with comfortable bed and everything needed available."

Shower/toiilet room was quite chilli. The floor was very cold. Water in shower had an unpleasent smell.

"Close to airport for early morning transfer by host Cooking facilities with basic stores including powdered milk which is rare."

Payment was difficult if you don’t have a European bank account but hopefully another option is available now. No shops nearby but host offered to stop at supermarket or bring food for overnight.

"bättre service än så kan man inte få. ägaren Henry är en fantastisk människa. Servicen ligger över Serena Hotel o dom andra mycket dyrare hotellen i Uganda. När man bor på Egg Botanical då har man nära o gångavstånd till det mesta i Entebbe. Jag bor här varenda gång jag kommer till Uganda."

jag kan inte säga nåt negativt om Egg Botanical garden.
