"I thought that the carpets in my room had reached the end of their lifespan, and it might be time to replace them. Additionally, I was aware that the hotel was fully booked during my stay. One afternoon, when I took a shower, there was only lukewarm water (almost cold), and I attributed the high water consumption to the lack of hot water..I did not complain to the administration, but they might find a solution to this situation and prevent it for the future if they read this note."
