"The staff at the Lae City Hotel were very friendly and helpful. For example, when the WiFi didn’t work in my first room, they changed me to a different room where it did work. The bed was very comfortable. The room was large. The refrigerator was also large — much larger than a typical hotel mini fridge — and both the fridge and the freezer worked very well. This was very useful for storing things like cold drinks, cheese, etc. I also liked their gym. It is small, like most hotel gyms, and hot unless someone has been in there before you with the AC on. I only used a treadmill, but it worked well and seemed well maintained. The included breakfast is also great — eggs to order every day plus toast, cereal, fresh fruit etc. Finally, the location of this hotel is great. Right in the center of town — easy to get to stores or to Lae International Hotel if you want to try their menu."

"The BED!!!!! Couldn't get enough of how soft and comfortable it was. Also, I loved how spacious the room was, especially the bathroom, which was a massive win The dining experience, too, was AMAZING! Meals were marvellous compliments to the chef(s), of course. Meal weren't too pricey either, so my partner and I had more than enough to satisfy our hunger"

"Your online booking not working and had to come physically to reserve and pay for the room. The level of service was excellent, and I had no issues. The young lady at the reception desk that evening of 17th May 2024 was very helpful and hospitable. Just ensure that the air-conditioning and TV remote controls are working. I could not watch movies as the TV remote control wasn't working but it's not an issue."
