"Helt otroligt snäll personell på hotellet, trevlig stämning och utmärkt läge mitt i stan."
"Lite gammal inredning i rummen och ganska hårda sängar."
"Hotellet klassas som tvåstjärnigt men de är absolut värda tre stjärnor. Hotellet är mycket prisvärt trots att rummen är nyrenoverade och väldigt fräscha. Storleken på rummen är också bra. Frukosten är bra. Det är inte lika rikligt som en frukostbuffé på många stora hotell men utbudet är bra och det är välskött. All personal som jag mötte var väldigt vänliga och tillmötesgående."
"Det hade varit bra om man med hjälp av dörr-kortet hade kunnat komma in själv efter stängning. Varför inte installera ett sådant där kort/kodlås som kan använda om man vill komma in väldigt sent, alternativt väldigt tidigt."

"It is a good hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. As it is downtown, every attraction in Ponta Delgada was in a walking distance (if you like walking). It is next door to restaurants and bars; Friday and Saturday nights, it is the place to be. The personel were friendly and helpful. I definetly recommend it; however, if you want a quiet place, this is not for you."

"Fantastic, central location yet reasonably quiet in the room I had (some minor A/C noises from outside). Hotel nice and tidy, daily housekeeping available. Breakfast were rather simple and repetitive yet delicious - great local ingredients. Staff was very helpful and reacted to reported issues very quickly."

"Otroligt fint städat! (Det kändes hemskt att smutsa ner rummet med vandringskläderna). Vi fick ett varmt välkomnande av Rosa & te på rummet, vilket uppskattades efter en lång vandring. Vi åt även på Rosas restaurang Sol Dourado efter vi checkat. Restaurangen hade god service, gott vin & lokala rätter. Väldigt fint dygn i byn. Tack!"

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."
"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"
