"Good location, big room , good view and cool design."

"The location is prefect, little walk to the beach. We spend a great holiday in there. Highly recommed"

"On our journey, we stayed in four different hotels on various islands before Terra Nara. This is the best hotel of the trip and is in a slightly quieter area of Pattaya. + Everything essential is within walking distance, including food restaurants, bars, massage parlors, markets, and, of course, the Terminal 21 shopping center. + The rooms are tidy, the bed is comfortably soft, and the air conditioning works well. + There was never any congestion during breakfast."
"- The breakfast was reasonable, but if you crave European culinary experiences, there could be more options. - The pool slide was very slippery, and caution is advised while using it. - Our room had very few pieces of furniture. It was clearly lacking some chair/sofa and a table."
"Great location and rooms clean and modern staff where very good"
"overpriced rooms and pool was very small and no beds by pool"
"New hotel, very spacious rooms with terrace Very clean, with great service Nice breakfast buffet with lots of options Very good location near the beach. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Great value for the money"
"The cinematic room system - the projector, difficult to set up. Air con slightly noisy There is no air con in the lobby, bar, reception and hallways. Since it’s very hot, you can’t really use the hotel bar for example. No spa facilities and the pool area has very little sun beds. No towels available. Not the hotel’s fault, but due to the location, very noisy (you can hear the bass from 10 pm to 4-5 am)."
"Great value for money and amazing design, you will get lots of aesthetical pleasure staying here."

"Minimalistic simple absolute stunning and great room and great breakfast and great area and pet friendly ( it’s divided in two wings - one for all with animal and one for no pets ) Everything is great there"
"That I needed to wake up from this fluffy bed 😍"

"Difficulty using the projector-trying to change the language."
"Nice room. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Location close to beach."

"Super comfortable bedroom, perfect location in the heart of Bangkok, beautifully decorated interiors, and an amazing breakfast."
Jackson Waldorf Astoria Bangkok
"Dåligt: *Mycket fel med maten och jag fick ändå betala för de som jag inte ens hade beställt. *Ingen grab eller något som kunde köra oss runt så fick kontakta en privat taxi. *Inga affärer i närheten, fanns endast chips som snacks på hotellet att köpa. * fick rena och nya handdukar 3 gånger på 1,5 vecka. Bra : * mycket vackert natur ställe. * god mat * trevlig personal * mycket lek för barnen och aktiviteter * fin pool"
