"Man känner sig otroligt välkommen och väl omhändertagen så fort man checkar in på hotellet. Vi hade en poolvilla med två sovrum och utsikt mot havet. AC i varje rum inklusive badrummet och en mysig terrass med solstolar, sittplats och en liten pool som va väldigt uppskattad och svalkande efter en dag på stranden. Vi reser mycket med vår familj och har alltid högt ställda krav och The Cliff va en fullträff. Vi va i princip själva på den privata stranden och snorklingen precis utanför håller väldigt hög klass. Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt område lite utanför med en kort promenad på ca 15 min in till Walking street och den lite mer livliga stranden Pattaya. Bra restaurang med ett fantastiskt läge för att njuta av middagen i solnedgången. Vi kommer garanterat komma tillbaka."

"Läget var fantastiskt bredvid Sunset Beach. Vackra solnedgångar att titta på samtidigt som man satt på terrassen och tog en drink eller åt mat. Det här är stället om du föredrar lugn och ro, väldigt avkopplande. Vi hade en egen liten pool, fin bungalow och personalen var väldigt vänliga, trevliga och tillmötesgående. Egen liten strand med kajaker, snorkelutrustning och paddelboard. Vi paddlade runt ön en av dagarna. Oerhört klar sikt i vattnet."

"Incredible view from the balcony. Small hotel so few guests and thankfully no one reserving sun lounges with towel etc as there just was no need to. Amazing to be able to go snorkelling from the shore and see so many different marine life."

"It’s quite far from the main area of Walking Street so you can’t really just walk to dinner and back again but the hotel puts on a shuttle service into the main area in the evening and you can easily get a taxi back. Pros of this is that it’s nice and quiet."

"The matress was hard but that’s not unusual in Thailand , the beach bar shut at 16.30 although you could get drinks from the restaurant bought down to you , we loved our stay but if we had to say something it would be the amazing facilities aren’t really used to their potential."

"Fantastic views from the bedroom. We loved the location, the private beach ( although there was a lot of broken glass around) and the breakfast (especially the latte art on our coffee). The staff at the beach and driving the shuttle to town were great."

"Firstly getting to the hotel was an adventure and probably pretty difficult if it had been raining. We had a feeling that this was two resorts in one hotel. This is also reflected in the reviews, some fantastic and some not so good. Basically some of the rooms have been renovated and have a pool and other rooms ( where we were staying) were very tired and need updating. It seemed the same at breakfast, the plates for the buffet were dated and plastic but if you ordered something from the menu it came in a modern pottery bowl. The restaurant was also very expensive in comparison to similar resorts. I mentioned our disappointment at the end of our stay, particularly the value for money of our room, this was handled very professionally and an acceptable solution was found. Thank you."

"It was a great location some of it felt a bit tired though and could have been doing with some touching up, outside communal areas. It’s a very small private beach and therefore can get pretty loud and busy. It’s kid friendly so also can be quite noisy in that regard too. Also after staying there I didn’t feel like the price reflected the value."
