For my birthday, the staff made a wonderful surprise for me – they brought me a beautiful cake and even upgraded me to a nicer room. This was such a kind and special gesture that truly touched me. The breakfast was excellent – very delicious, rich, and served like in an à la carte restaurant. I would like to thank the entire team for their warm attitude and professionalism. "So we've originally booked Rixos Bodrum, however due to circumstances at the time they had to move our stay to a different location Rixos Göcek . I must say that the communication from the hotel management and staff was top class. They have arranged us the transfer from Bodrum Airport to the new location and it was super comfortable . The resort itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds that are so well looked after. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated, the nicest kindest staff that were ready to help with anything we needed . The food , the coctails , the cute kittens ,pool and the secret beach all were out of this world . We came to celebrate our 10 year anniversary here and absolutely delighted we chose this place , they made sure our stay was memorable ❤️ We will absolutely be back"

"Marine bar was genuine pleasure especially with the night shift staff. Dining was very good. The selection could be bigger compared to the Hotel's scale and other services they provided. If you come with child, this place will be your favorite. There are many things to keep your child busy for a week vacation, or even longer. We visited after summer season, still nice wheather, less people, not crowded, you can easily find sundbeds anywhere."

"Service is fantastic, staff were wonderful and felt really looked after. Special mentions for Deniz and Sardar our personal assistants who go above and beyond. There was a waiter working the dinner and midnight buffet who was really good to us as well. Hotel is beautiful, beach never felt crowded and clean. Drinks are premium and very well made, food always tasted fresh. Definitely coming back, would recommend."
