"Cirka 300m till centrum. Kadir på receptionen är en fantastisk person. De övriga personalen borde kanske le ibland, det betyder dock inte att de är otrevliga. Jätte prisvärt. Bra WiFi. Varmvatten var bra. Gratis turkisk te hela natten. Ännu en gång, Kadir som jobbar på receptonen var super trevlig."
"Vi önskade ingen städning men städningen borde ändå vara betydligt bättre. Det jätte smutsigt under och bakom sängarna. WC ringen var trasig. Sängarna var äldre dock sköna, nu ska vi inte kräva Premie sängar för denna prisklassen."

"This was the cheapest place available, at least for my date range and I got a lot of it including breakfast every morning if I wanted to. The location is pretty close to the Kayseri castle and square which is a tourist attraction and tram's go to all other parts of the city from there. The room smelled good even tho it could be seen on the bed that there were some holes from previous guests smoking"
"You will probably have to use a translator app, most of the staff didn't speak English but they were very friendly. The room didn't have a fridge or minibar where I could cool my beverages, an air conditioned room also costs 100 lira more (which isn't bad but I didn't know)"

"The owner was very helpful, he arranged early breakfast and a taxi to the airport for us. The breakfast was great, especially for the price. The room was basic and a bit old, but clean (and cheap). Bed is comfortable. Working AC"

"Chtěly jsme co nejlevnější ubytování jen na přespání a musím říct, že vše bylo jak jsme čekaly. Dokonce jsme nečekaly že sprcha bude na pokoji, takže za nás spokojenost. Personál by ve všech ohledech milý a velice mile nás překvapila příjemná snídaně formou švédského stolu!! Rozhodně když uvážím za jakou cenu byl hotel, musím říct, že se vším jsme byly spokojeny!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kdso chce luxus, musí si připlatit, my chtěly něco kde se potkáme více s obyčejnými lidmi... Děkujeme, byl tam skvělý čas!!!!"

"Perfect enough for its price, I enjoyed my isolation here without the disturbance of the external world, so much privacy and hidden. Good value and perfect receptionist. Highly recommended for budget travellers. Not speaking English, if necessary prepare your app translation. Hot shower and good Wi-Fi."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
