"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"Location was perfect, good access to Shinjuku station and plenty of shopping centres around. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Quick response from the owner on all messages."

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

Taxi system in the country

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

Lo único el precio pero bueno es aceptable.

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

El sofá cama, pero para el precio y la ubicación se compensa.

The shower was a little on the smaller side, but other than that there was nothing I disliked.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Booking hade en felaktig beskrivning som innebar att det skulle finnas ett köksbord och ett skrivbord. Eftersom vi skulle jobba var det viktigt att vi hade varsin arbetsplats och orsaken till att vi bokat lägenheten. Något skrivbord fanns emellertid inte i lägenheten och har aldrig funnits enligt receptionisten. Efter någon dag så fixade de fram ett extra matbord som vi kunde ha som skrivbord. Stort tack för det och ett extra varmt tack till den trevliga kvinnliga receptionisten som hjälpte oss få ”skrivbordet” på plats."

Saknade 2 lampor i rummet vi bad om nya. Men inte på 9 dagar fixades det. Jobbigt att läsa på rummet i mörkret.

"The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Owners very friendly and attentive and easy to reach via Whatsapp should you need anything. Supermarket 5 min walk away."

The only thing with the place is that if you don't drive (like me), it's quite far away from everything (which I kind of knew from researching when I booked so that was my choice) There are no buses but if you're driving, I would say it's perfect for a quiet, chilled stay in beautiful surroundings. I would probably still go back just for a few days if I re visit Aruba.

Only Tv, no movie channels. Bed a bit soft.

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

The wifi doesn't work at all uptsairs Some drawers were dusty and the terrace with the table and chairs were not cleaned

"Enastående villa att tillbringa semester. 15 meter till stranden. Vi hade 2 rums lägenhet som var helt perfekta med ac i varje rum, fullutrustad kök med spis , kyl&frys. Badrummet med tvättmaskin. Wifi perfekt och stor balkong med vy utsikt till havet. Personalen är hur trevliga som helst. Kommer definitivt att återvända till detta kanonfina ställe."

Det som drog ned på betyget var att det var oerhört dammigt på TV-hyllan i sovrummet. Kan ej ha blivit dammtorkat sedan huset byggdes. Väldigt varmt i lägenheten . Gick ej att reglera värmen eller öppna vissa fönster.

Erbjudandet om fri WIFI var en besvikelse. Det fungerade överhuvudtaget inte. Jag påtalade bristen och hoppas att det åtgärdas.
