Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce bel appartement. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très gentils et la communication avec Mme Gisela était excellente. L'appartement était très joli, tout propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé."

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

Needed more kitchen utensils

Lite konstig lukt. Lägenheten låg två våningar ner och kändes lite instängd som i källare, (dock fanns fönster åt ena hållet och en liten uteplats.)

"Läget var toppen och mer centralt går inte att få. Gullig personal som tog emot och visade vägen till lägenheten. Mycket välstädad. Sköna kuddar och mjuka sängar vilket vi inte sett så mycket av i Italien. Bra med husgeråd, men väldigt liten mockabryggare (1 Pers) om man är fyra som delar lägenhet."

Möblemanget ganska omodernt och ihopplockat. Ganska trång känsla och fönster mot ett håll, svårt att få in luft till sovalkoven.

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

The amenities listing was incorrect for kitchenware. There was only 2 cups which to us did not equate to kitchenware. We booked an apartment with a kitchenette due to my food intolerances and needing to self cater. We did get some by asking.

"The hosts met us upon arrival and explained the house to us. They were very friendly and couldn't have been more accommodating, going that extra mile to make what was an already fabulous trip even more memorable. Having a private garden added to the experience. We really enjoyed our stay here."

There wasn't any aspect we could criticise.

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"Väldigt centralt! Gångavstånd till stadens centrum, många sevärdheter, restauranger och butiker. Lugnt område, inga störande ljud."

Elinstallationer välgenomtänkta men ljuskällor dåliga och sänglampor ur funktion. Wifi ur funktion 2 ggr under 5-dagars vistelse. Mikro saknas och dåligt med köksredskap.

"Lägenheten är stor och har två sovrum samt två balkonger, så man kan faktiskt följa solen runt hörnet. Köket har allt man behöver om man vill laga egen mat, brygga kaffe eller bara värma upp en frysrätt."

Värden - som jag aldrig träffade - var väldigt hård i sin information fr.o.m. orderbekräftelsen t.o.m. utflyttningen. Jag kände mig inte riktigt välkommen, utan snarare piskad att inte råka ha sönder något, för i ett särskilt regelhäfte fanns det en lång lista över hur mycket jag skulle behöva betala om jag hade sönder något. En del saker är redan ganska slitna (t.ex. köksbord och stolar). Ta foton av allt vid ankomst, så att du slipper en tråkig överraskning efter resan. Flottören i toalettcisternen bör bytas ut, eftersom vattnet aldrig slutar fyllas på.

"We tried 3 different hostels in UB and this one was the best by far. It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

"View stunning, apartment a very generous size and well appointed. Track by the lake closed due to waste water upgrades but no fault of the apartments as affects all properties. Sophia was so welcoming on reception and looked after our bags till check in time and on day of check out."
