"Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The room was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. "Nära till det mesta. Vi bodde i rum 21 högst upp vilket passade oss mycket bra. Tyst och lugnt förutom och alla bekvämligheter fanns på rummet förutom kyl. Gillade inredningen på hotellet och det kändes tryggt och säkert. Frukosten var mycket bra med bra utbud. All personal vi träffade var mycket sympatiska och gjorde verkligen sitt yttersta för att vår vistelse skulle vara så bra som möjligt."

Det är ett gammalt hus så lite lyhörd kan det vara om man har otur att ha grannar ovanför som går upp mitt i natten, men det är väl så det ska vara:)

Weddings on weekends. If you prefer peace and quiet, make sure you don’t book over the weekend.

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

There wasn't anything. Not a new pansio but it is absolutely perfect.

Nothing much but just the parking would be an issue since everything is almost full due to center of attraction area.

The lift to floor 13 is busy, just remember when catching the airport bus.

"The place is simply wonderful: in an amazing location, away from all the noise on Flores island, but only a 3-minute boat ride away from there. The rooms are clean, spatious and charming. As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. And then of course there is Erick, the man who will organize everything for you, from the amenities of your room to your excursions to the ruins. Zapote Tree Inn immensely exceeded my expectations."

The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

No coffee or hair dryer.

"The room is clean and huge in size. Even the location is good for accessing shops and restaurant and not far from the center."

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.
