"Stort rum, tillgång till kyl, micro och spis. Plus tvättmaskin var bra. Mycket bra frukost. Positiv och trevlig personal. Fri Wi-Fi som fungerade utan problem."

Air-conditioning var avstängd eftersom det var "vinter". Fast vi hade plus 25 grader ute i november och 28 grader på rummet. Blev lite bättre när det blev kallare, och vi fick en fläkt. Men A/C hade varit skönt.

"Väldigt trevliga lägenheter, fin pool, vi hade lite bekymmer med kylskåpsdörr som inte stängde sig men det fixade dom så fort vi sa till. Värdinnan Rosita var väldigt hjälpsam med det mesta. Frukosten provade vi inte, kostade 18Euro."

Det var en bit att gå till restauranger och strand, inga större bekymmer men kan vara bra att veta, ca 20-25 min och mest på väg.

Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I'm in love with this island especially in Westpunt!"

I do not really have any complaints about anything, because all of my wishes have been granted during my stay. So I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work and service! Everything was just perfect!

It was beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, had everything you could need and was in a good location. Don't stay anywhere else, this is the best place in Libreville!"

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

Lite konstig lukt. Lägenheten låg två våningar ner och kändes lite instängd som i källare, (dock fanns fönster åt ena hållet och en liten uteplats.)

"The apartment was really nice and spacious with lots of windows. There is everything you need in the apartment and the layout is really nice for couples on vacation. There was no coffee maker but we got by with a dry coffee and hot water which was already available. Wish I could say that the location was perfect because in a way it is, short distance from downtown harbor and popular places, but the surrounding establishment was at fault (see below)."

I wish I could say that the stay was faultless but it wasn't. Not the apartment but the surroundings. The opposite building hosts some kind of youth center for boys and every night there were load noises. The first couple of nights we managed to get some sleep but then we had to call the police because boys were fighting and screaming constantly. One night they were throwing snowballs in the windows that were open. We were so surprised that this was happening because of all the reviews on the site it sounded perfect and no noise complaints.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"An der Mole Apartment is a fantastic find in Swakopmund! This cozy and well-equipped apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town's main attractions, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to stroll along the Mole and watch the sunset. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Swakopmund!"

"Decent apartment, location very good, near to beaches and tennis courts, ideal for those with bikes like us especially. Grocery store not far away on site - this one is quite expensive so would advise shopping at Spar or Lidl which are a 12 minute drive away. Soar has a good selection of cooked food so you can buy meals there quite cheaply to save time. Atmosphere on the site is nice, and no problems with noisy guests. 2nd year in a row staying there, hopefully will return again."

The properties never have enough electrical sockets, so bring an extension cable or you’ll have problems charging phones etc.

The adress was a little bit complicated because the entrance is in the inner part of the block.

"Very good value apartment sooo close to the gondola. Very comfortable for the two of us. We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money."

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.
