В останій день відкрили шафу зі стаканами, і були розбиті склянки,а це каже про те що ніхто іх не мив. Або прибиральниця розбила і залишила щоб списати з відпочіваючіх. Золог повернули нічого не списували бо синули фото як знайшли розбиті стакани. Не хватало шампуня та мила. Хитався унітаз.

"Lägenheten är stor och har två sovrum samt två balkonger, så man kan faktiskt följa solen runt hörnet. Köket har allt man behöver om man vill laga egen mat, brygga kaffe eller bara värma upp en frysrätt."

Värden - som jag aldrig träffade - var väldigt hård i sin information fr.o.m. orderbekräftelsen t.o.m. utflyttningen. Jag kände mig inte riktigt välkommen, utan snarare piskad att inte råka ha sönder något, för i ett särskilt regelhäfte fanns det en lång lista över hur mycket jag skulle behöva betala om jag hade sönder något. En del saker är redan ganska slitna (t.ex. köksbord och stolar). Ta foton av allt vid ankomst, så att du slipper en tråkig överraskning efter resan. Flottören i toalettcisternen bör bytas ut, eftersom vattnet aldrig slutar fyllas på.

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"The location was perfect, the hosts are very friendly and the apartment itself was clean, well equipped, and is generally an exceptional value for money. The whole ambient exudes of warmth."

"Läget var fantastiskt. Nära till allt! Lägenheten hade nästan allt man behöver. Vi saknade bara en diskmaskin eller ett diskställ... Parkering var bra också."

Lägenheten var lite sliten. Det fanns ingen diskmaskin och bara en fläkt för 2 rum.

"Decent apartment, location very good, near to beaches and tennis courts, ideal for those with bikes like us especially. Grocery store not far away on site - this one is quite expensive so would advise shopping at Spar or Lidl which are a 12 minute drive away. Soar has a good selection of cooked food so you can buy meals there quite cheaply to save time. Atmosphere on the site is nice, and no problems with noisy guests. 2nd year in a row staying there, hopefully will return again."

The properties never have enough electrical sockets, so bring an extension cable or you’ll have problems charging phones etc.

"Väldigt trevliga lägenheter, fin pool, vi hade lite bekymmer med kylskåpsdörr som inte stängde sig men det fixade dom så fort vi sa till. Värdinnan Rosita var väldigt hjälpsam med det mesta. Frukosten provade vi inte, kostade 18Euro."

Det var en bit att gå till restauranger och strand, inga större bekymmer men kan vara bra att veta, ca 20-25 min och mest på väg.

"Apartamento totalmente remodelado, tem uma óptima localização mesmo perto da praia. A cozinha está bem equipada. A chave tem que se ir buscar ao café “Amadeu” onde o Sr. que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e atencioso."

A limpeza podia ser melhor.

Det var otroligt mycket ljud utanför på gatan, och eftersom det var helg höll det på hela natten. Sov inte en blund. Boendet luktade tyvärr lite rök som man försökt vädra bort. Det kändes också som att det saknade lite utrustning i form av tillräckligt med glas och bestick mm. Sist men inte minst, så står det att frukost ingår. OBS! Den är väldigt enkel, och den levereras på rummet, alltså ingen frukostbuffé som vi tänkte oss.

"The apartment was really nice and spacious with lots of windows. There is everything you need in the apartment and the layout is really nice for couples on vacation. There was no coffee maker but we got by with a dry coffee and hot water which was already available. Wish I could say that the location was perfect because in a way it is, short distance from downtown harbor and popular places, but the surrounding establishment was at fault (see below)."

I wish I could say that the stay was faultless but it wasn't. Not the apartment but the surroundings. The opposite building hosts some kind of youth center for boys and every night there were load noises. The first couple of nights we managed to get some sleep but then we had to call the police because boys were fighting and screaming constantly. One night they were throwing snowballs in the windows that were open. We were so surprised that this was happening because of all the reviews on the site it sounded perfect and no noise complaints.

Some more information about laundry options. Hot water was not working in our unit. So pending repair this was accommodated with option of moving into another apartment or using the bathroom for showers in that one, which was your preference. It would be nice to have some bedside lights.

"They gave us everything we asked for. We needed a small workspace which they didn't have and they provided one in no time."

Internet in all of Egypt is not up there yet

"Lovely double aspect room with lots of sunshine coming into the room. Loved the balcony - but could be a problem in the height of the season as it would have been overlooked if the rooms near ours was occupied as their balconies were very close. I would have loved to use the swimming pool if it had been heated, but being that our stay was in March the water was too cold."

The description of the location was a little misleading as one of the pubs mentioned had closed down - some years ago, but the details had not been amended on the website - which did in fact influence our choice in Sandpiper’s favour, and we were disappointed that it wasn’t nearer the supermarket mentioned in the write-up, either. Also, I put my suitcase in the corner of the bedroom flat - and when I moved it, I could see it had picked up a lot of dust, indicating that the corners of the bedroom weren’t very well cleaned!

Lite konstig lukt. Lägenheten låg två våningar ner och kändes lite instängd som i källare, (dock fanns fönster åt ena hållet och en liten uteplats.)

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"
