"Det var så mysigt. Huset är ett vackert patricier hus som kändes så bra och välkomnande att komma in i. Fina, stora rum och fräscha välstädade badrum. Härligt kök som var mycket välutrustat och vår Familj samlades gärna runt matbordet. Vi fixade frukost själva men det var ändå väldigt generöst med olika kaffesorter, teeer, sylt etc.i köket. Och inte att förglömma, det är praktiskt att kunna promenera till Gamla stan! Och slutligen, Wi-Fi funkade utmärkt."

Kunde haft krokar med rums nr i badrummet. Ena sovrummet hade 80sängar. De var lite små om man är lång. Kunde haft tv/skärm med chromecast

"Everything was superb. Room, nice and clean. Breakfast delicious. Pool area really nice. Distance from the beach 2 minutes. Hosts super friendly."

Everything was perfect.

"Fantastisk utsikt över Gjyrokastër. Vi blev mottagna som om vi hörde till familjen. God, hemlagad traditionell mat (obs! ska helst beställas dagen innan), tillagad av mormor. Trevlig och hjälpsam värd som är mycket stolt över sin stad."

Ganska besvärlig väg upp längs bergväggen, men det är värt besväret.

Luckily there was some parking available on the street, otherwise we might have a problem. No dedicated parking for the hotel.

"Steve & Geri are terrific hosts, and the kind of people you want to meet when you’re travelling. They were very welcoming and accommodating, and fun to talk to. The B&B location is both convenient for arrivals, and well-placed for a walk along the southern coast beaches. The decor of the room is also well-suited to provide character. Enjoyed the breakfast."

Actually, description was ambiguous: contrary to expectation, the toilet, bathroom and kitchen were shared (with the hosts and with the renter from the other room that is hired within the property), not private.

"Quaint, cozy village house with friendly, hospitable Belgian hosts who speak Bulgarian and will make you feel right at home. If you're into luxury and 5-star hotels, do not book here. This is a great place to stay if you like the countryside, peace and quiet, dogs and smiling faces. Totally recommended! P.S.: The lighting in my Bedroom 1 was state-of-the-art."

"Clean, spacious, quiet and best value for the money I've been able to find around these parts. The stores are close, parking is easy and available. Nothing to complain about!"

It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!

"We traveled on our bicycles and Highland lodge was the perfect stop between Afriski and Mokhontlong. Rooms were very large and so clean. Bed was very large and comfy. Staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend 👌🏼"

We would have enjoyed a desert after our dinner but it was not so important.

"The owner, Pierce was very friendly as were the other workers here. Location was excellent as it was close to shops, restaurants and you can even walk to the ferry terminal. Included breakfast was good enough. Great views from the hotel. Good value for an expensive destination like St Thomas."

I had a shared bathroom but it seems like everyone was using it, not just the guests who were designated that bathroom. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything that people do in their rooms...

"Gorgeous view from the apartment! There's a big window showing the beautiful mountains below. Beautiful interior design throughout!! The host was also very friendly 🌷 Buiilt as a compact studio apartment with a large bed, all beautifully designed. Next door there's a room that serves as a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. Lots of attractions nearby - Nimrod Fortress, Hermon Mountain site and cable car, Tel Dan, Ghajar village and Banias National Park."

Fortunately we travelled with a 4x4 wheel drive car -- a must-have to negotiate the steep roads in the village.

"The location is beautifully landscaped, with lots of trees and flowers that brought in a variety of wildlife to view! We saw several beautiful birds and cute lizards. Tanja and Leo were extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating! They provide a binder with plenty of information about the beaches, wildlife, and restaurants. We loved meeting the cats and dogs on the grounds! They were so cute and friendly. Renting a vehicle was easy and allowed us to visit nearby beaches with ease. The outdoor shower was refreshing and beautiful."

There is no air-conditioning, so it could get hot, but it was managable enough. There is a ceiling fan, and if the bathroom door is open, it allows for a lovely breeze. The net for mosquitos is helpful, but we found we needed to supplement with additional bug spray and a citronella candle. All in all, it was not too bad, and it was definitely managable!

"Allt var som det ska, välstädad, god mat och personerna där var sociala och omtänksamma. De var en man och en kvinna som hjälpte till och de hade alltid ett leende på läpparna. Helt enkelt en gästvänlig familj. Donika var en trevlig och glad tjej som hjälpte alltid med något dessutom fick jag en kaka och dricka och kaffe utan extra kostnader."

"Incredibly beautiful lodge close to the lake and in a very secluded location. The road is long and bumpy to get there, but that just adds to the charm! Rooms and facilities are lovely and comfortable. And staff is incredibile!"
