"Staff were really helpful and kind, helping us find the Gare Routiere and sending the location of the hotel itself. Ziguinchor is a small town anyway but everything was in walking distance. Very quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money"

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

"The property is in a great location, close to all different kinds of food and walkable to the waterfront. Everything is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The host is lovely and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Facilities are great, and there is a washing machine you can use free of charge. Aircon works well."

The shower is cold, but it’s manageable because it’s so hot.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. I wish you nothing but the best. I hope anyone that books your house respects and appreciates you and your beautiful whare/ house that you work hard to maintain. Room is small for 4 persons despite the 2 queen beds, might be more suitable for 2 persons. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours move out and the vehicles that pass by the side road.

"If you are more a visitor then a tourist, if you like exploring and going further when comfortable tourism ends, this place is for you. The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. When staying here one can get closer to locals, animals, cultural sights, traditions, local way of life, nature and the PNG culture in general then in any other accommodation. The PNGFE made my stay very comfortable and made me experience local life and the raw nature of PNG!!"

"Hosts were super friendly, very helpful and kind. Silvio gave me a ride back to airport when I arrived and needed to pick up my partner (we traveled separately there). The house and the room were nice and clean, huge fridge and well equipped kitchen for the guests to use. Netflix with guest account in the room was a nice extra. Big terrace with sunbeds. The location itself was lovely, locals were friendly and helpful as well. Airport is very close, 40 mins walk or 6 mins with the car."

I know it's not the hosts fault, because there was an issue with the pool due the construction works in the neighborhood the time we're staying there and we couldn't use it. Would have been nice, because the pool itself is pretty big.
