Love hotels i Elfenbenskusten

"Being told my confirmed, paid reservation would not be honored and I needed to find another hotel for the night"

Not getting a refund after being turned away from overlooking

"The Hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions eg beach, restaurants and the staff were brilliant, offering a fantastic service with a smile"

We weren’t able to stay longer
