If you want a beach holiday it's a little far but if you enjoy the cultural aspects it's a perfect spot. Just a little uphill.

There isn't much privacy in the shower area

Ett stort rum för fyra personer. Det finns ett skåp att låsa sina grejer i, låset krävs dock att ta med. Kaffe, te finns i köket tillgängligt. Ok ställe att sova över, prisvärt."

Jag saknade en hylla nära sängen att lägga glasögon på och en mobiltelefon. Det saknas också belysning för varje säng. Annars är jag inte så petig, hostel är hostel.

"Property had a really nice hang out space and the WiFi worked really well and was very fast for our 2 day stay. Staff helped us arrange a local bus to Chipata."

Rooms very very basic and had a mould issue. But other than that was okay. We didn’t have bed bugs in our room, but we met other backpackers in the dorm beds that said they did have them…

"Väldigt centralt till sevärdheter och metro. Underbar utsikt från takterrassen där det fanns frukost och diverse drycker att köpa."

Ingen krok att hänga kläder eller liten hylla för tex glasögon när man skulle sova. Det finns utvecklingspotential för sånt:)0

"Lovely staff, really informative and kind. The hostel Backpackers was clean, comfortable and nice inside and out. Absolutely brilliant location - close to bus stops, Cuba Street, good eateries and has all you could need in the Backpackers. A fully functional kitchen, a lounge where you can chill with your buddies, board games to play, a nice outdoor deck. I also like the fact they had a female only bathroom downstairs. The showers were excellent, too!"

The bedroom I stayed in didn't have a lock that worked on the door, which was a bit concerning. I don't love that.

"The hostel was pretty clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a lot of knowledge about tourism in Bagan and were always happy to give advice or answer questions. It was also very convenient that they can help you book buses directly at the hostel, and that you can rent e-bikes. Another big plus is the atmosphere. The hostel is social, but not in an overwhelming way. It’s not loud or pushy. There are great opportunities to connect with other travelers if you want, but you can also just sit by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. I think this place is perfect both for people looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to meet others."

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only small improvement I can think of would be adding curtains to the beds, which would give a bit more privacy.

The tap at the kitchen is likking while open. Somw floor tales must be fixed. One of the light bulbs needs replacement.

"Fantastiskt läge, nära en fin badplats och brygga. God frukostbuffé med mycket att välja på. Lite mer frukt från omgivningen hade varit trevligt. Bra restaurang för middag och god mat! Vi hade tur med varmt och soligt väder så underbart att kunna sitta ute på den fina innergården. Vänliga och hjälpsamma."

Not easy to access by bike

"Låg vid ett litet industriområde men störde inte! 15-20 minuters till centrum. Endast tre rum som delade kök och wc/dusch. Två enkelrum och ett dubbelrum. Micro, spis med ugn, kyl med frysfack, diskbänk, möjlighet till tvättmaskin i "källaren, Tv endast i dubbelrummet men det var inte uthyrt så värdinnan låste upp det så att man även kunde använda den om så önskades! Men jag var ju inte på Grönland för att se på Tv, men tanken räknas! Möttes av en trevlig värdinna som förklarade allt. Och billigt i jämförelse med andra ställen! För min del helt perfekt! Brukar vara sparsam med boendet vid resorna och har upplevt vissa nitlotter men detta var INTE ett ett av dom! Skulle bo här igen om jag återvänder till Nook! (riktigt varmt vatten fanns i duschen och tog inte slut vilket kan hända på andra ställen! Värme även i hela stället)."

Inget. (Kanske de långa trapporna upp, inget för halta o lytta, men naturligtvis nödvändiga...).
