"Location was spot on, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. The beach is 5 minutes away. Lovely lady at the front desk. She upgraded me to a sea view room, without me even asking."

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

"Free breakfast for chinese new year. Very thoughtful and helpful staff, especially Bella for the breakfast was very welcoming! Nice facilities!"

"Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were a good size, good air conditioning, comfortable beds, gorgeous outdoor space in our second room"

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.
