"Friendly staff, good service, clean and close to the airport."

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Synd att det inte fanns frukost på hotellet men det vara bara att gå tvärs över gatan.

"Vi sov bara där en natt, men det var den bästa natten på länge. Otroligt skön säng. Boendet låg endast 15 min gång från centrum. Kvinnan i receptionen som tog emot oss var också väldigt trevlig och gav oss ett varmt välkomnande."

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Un séjour d'une nuit en tout point remarquable."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Saknade krokar i badrummet och det var lite knöligt att fylla vattenflaskan i det lilla handfatet.

"Jättefin lodge av typen ” mini- safari” . Det är riktiga hotellrum och man gör inga traditionella ”drives”. Sanslöst fin utsikt över ett vattenhål där elefanter giraffer och impalas kan ses dricka vatten."

Det var inte riktigt rent i de två mindre poolerna och inte sopat ordentligt i stengångarna. Jag bad dem rensa poolen från skräp men det hände aldrig

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Varmvattnet dröjde länge innan det gick igång, ingen av telefonerna funkade på rummet ner till receptionen..

"Beautiful room room with view on the pool and the ocean. All comfort included, the free shuttle to the city center or to the airport is very valuable, the staff was very kind and professional ! Would definitely come back :)"

Note that the breakfast is in extra but exquisite !

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"God enkel frukost med vitt bröd och marmelad. Ägg och juice. Kaffet kanske lite svagt. Nära till hav och fina pooler. Trevlig personal. Praktiskt kassaskåp."

Många säljare men dom lämnade snabbt när man inte var intresserad.

"Personalen var väldigt service minded, fick extra täcken och de hade pyntat rummet på min födelsedag. Fint hotell! Balkongen var full med blommor. Avståndet till stan var lite drygt 1km längst med strandpromenaden vilket vi såg som en fördel då det var alldeles lagom med folk på stranden. Nära att promenera till stranden på andra sidan udden också."

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.
