"Kempinski erbjuder en service på absolut högsta nivå. Du blir bemött som en kung. Allt jag behövde hjälp med löste dem. Hotellet har en uppfräschad interiör, med små skavanker i vissa detaljer, men det bryr du dig inte om när du omhuldas av deras genuina och personliga service!"

Det finns inget jag skulle önska mer av Kempinski gällande deras service.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Vi hade både kylskåp och vattenkokare på rummet men tyvärr missade personalen att fylla på kaffe och tepåsar vid städningen.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Everything was perfect.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

The toiletries were not good - no shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush, vanity kit.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

The bathroom - at least in our room - must be defenitely renewed (with a new shower box instead of an old bathtube with plastic curtain)

Ligger bara 100 meter från ett stort shoppingcenter med supermarket, restauranger, etc. Stora rum. Bra med gratis buss till det lite lyxigare systerhotellet vid stranden en gång i timmen. Trivdes oerhört bra här!"

Knappt några faciliteter fanns på Inn. Allt fanns tvärs över gatan på grannhotellet. Där checkade man även in. Börjar bli lite slitet. Liten pool.

Beds had small split pillows instead of one big pillow.

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

Avståndet till stan var lite drygt 1km längst med strandpromenaden vilket vi såg som en fördel då det var alldeles lagom med folk på stranden. Nära att promenera till stranden på andra sidan udden också."

"I had a great stay at Tulip Hotel. Room 105 was cozy, clean, spacious, and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room was very clean and nice , and everything felt well maintained. I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."
