"A hidden gem that by far exceeded my expectations. The rooms on the first two floors share three bathrooms (two on the ground floor, one on the upper floor) and a kitchen / dining area on the upper floor. Though the house was quite full during my stay, it was easy to prepare dinner, there was plenty of fridge space, and I never waited for a bathroom. Check in and check out were fast and easy, everything was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout such as a mirror in the room, an outlet easily accessible from the nightstand, and an extra drink prep area with complimentary coffee and tea by the main entrance. The location is a short walk to the Settlement Center and Borgarnes Museum, in a quiet neighborhood with easy street parking in front of the house."
