Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

Att stugan var så dåligt städad när vi kom och att dammsugaren i stugan var så dålig så det var svårt att städa.

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"This place is fantastic and definitely exceeded my expectations! You get free pick up and drop off to the airport. The room and bathroom were super clean, the bed is comfy, the AC works great and you have good WiFi throughout the hotel. The grounds were very well kept as well as the pools, all clean and beautifully liked with palm trees. The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. The view from the restaurant is very nice and you see the ocean in the background. The food was very good and all freshly made on the spot. Sure, the building is a bit old and the furniture in the rooms may be a bit outdated but the stay is wonderful and with great views, food and staff, which more than make up for it."

"Vilket fantastiskt hotell, så lyxigt! Bra snorkling, bra mat, bra service och toppenbra rum. Underhållning på kvällarna. Atmosfären var fantastisk! Rekommenderas varmt! Egentligen behöver man inte lämna hotellkomplexet. Vi tog buss in till Grand Baie, bussarna går varje kvart."

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"A very nice and clean room. It's newly renovated. It was -8°C outside during our vacation, so we didn't even always turn on the heating because the apartment was so warm. The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares
