"The best staff ever! Excellent service with very friendly staff and waiters."

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

"Så nära klippbad och strand. Även fri tillgång till poolområde. Stor balkong med kvällssol. (Vanda 129) Precis vid ett Konsum. Sköna sängar, även bäddsoffan. En promenad bort, närmare Park Placa var det fina restauranger och renoverat."

Lägenheten ok, men området var väldigt nedgånget. Övergivna byggnader och lite ”öst-stat”.

Everything just GREAT!

"A very nice and clean room. It's newly renovated. It was -8°C outside during our vacation, so we didn't even always turn on the heating because the apartment was so warm. The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares

Dagliga böneutrop redan vid 5 tiden är ”utmannade” Ganska måttligt utbud av mat i restaurangen .

Inte så fräscht badrum, Liten duschkabin, ingen balkong.

"Var ett väldigt fint mottagande. Vi fick nybakade kakor och iste under tiden vi checkade in, och det fanns choklad på rummen som var utsmyckade med blommor. Sköna sängar, jätte trevlig restaurang och vänlig personal. Stranden hade ganska stora vågor så vi badade inte där, men väldigt vackert för en promenad."

"pool was great, room was nice but if I had a choice I would rather stay on ground floor given my age and carting of luggage my husband has a disability and the walk was to long other than that if was very nice the breakfast was great!"

the dinner was abit expensive

"En fantastiskt fin anläggning. Det är högsta klass på allt. Alltifrån faciliteter, till frukosten. Vi var bara på genomresa och då funkar det att man bor vid en golfanläggning någon kilometer från motorvägen. För den som ska spela golf är det såklart helrätt, men ska man turista ett par dagar i Riga eller Jurmala bör man välja något som ligger inne i dessa städer."

Jag har inget att klaga på.

Personalen tog olika priser för lokala och turister. Skämtade dessutom om det och ändrade sig när det påtalades

Nothing it a Perfect Place

Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.

Staff were quite formal but very good.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Having to say goodbye at the end of the stay. All of the staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

The absence of a choice of restaurants inside the resort, but there are many outside

"We liked the city/village where the hotel was in. We liked the pool and the fact that we had it for ourselves. the breakfast was great, staff was really nice."

"Close to gondola and restaurant. Cosy and nice apartment."

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.
