Det som möjligen skulle kunna förbättras är snabbheten och till viss del nogrannheten i servicen.

Om man ska påpeka detaljer, så kunde det ha funnits fler krokar i rummet att hänga t.ex. badkläder på.

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

"Otroligt bra läge 20 minuter från Victoria och ca 45 min från flygplatsen, och några minuter från den tjusiga stranden Beau Vallon. Fantastiskt rum med bra storlek och ett rejält badrum, och alla saker man kan tänkas behöva i ett rum. Personalen är mycket trevliga och serviceminded. Frukosten är mycket, mycket bra. Bra utbud och fräsch buffé. Vi hade halvpension och de 2 restuarangerna som ingick i paketet var båda mycket bra med spännande menyer. En bra gratis bus till Victoria/Beau Vallon tur 1 gång om dagen."

Något begränsat med solsängar runt poolen och vi stranden, på grund av dess storlek.

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

Skulle varit bra om dem hade något ställe med lättare middag att äta då man inte alltid ville ha någon större måltid.

Vi hade bokat för tre vuxna men ändå var det en bebissäng som jag behövde säga till om några gånger innan den var borta. Detta är smådetaljer men att det inte var förberett för tre vuxna gällande handdukar, duschtvål etc samt gällande kaffe och te, glas och kaffekoppar på rummet. Det borde också fylla på när kaffet tex tar slut. Slarvigt gällande påfyllning och städning. Inte att det var smutsigt, utan att glömde tömma sopkorgen, att det fanns tillräckligt med handdukar för tre. Jag fick säga till varje dag angående någonting. Bara onödig energi. Annars var all personalen fantastisk. De var till mötesgående på alla sätt från restaurangerna till städpersonal.

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

A little bit noise from the outside in the early mornings and you always heard the ice machine used in the hallway. There was also renovation in one of the resraurants, which we did not know beforehand and there were thrilling at day time, which we heard in our room. Also a lot of other small maintain, like bug spraying in our room and men repairing aircon in front of our room in most of the days. We couldn’t eat breakfast in Tara wing because of the renovation, because they closed early every morning. Nobody told us that. A lot of bird poop everywhere and the birds in the breakfast area/tables in the beach restaurant.

The room was nice, but ours was a little tired. I also didn’t care for the lack of monitoring of the pool lounges,(lack of them, and people being allowed to put a towel on to reserve for the day without being there).

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated
